When the Road Gets Stressful
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
From One Trucker to Another
Truckers face pressure from every direction. Traffic backs up. Your clock keeps running. Dispatch wants an update. The customer wants to know where you are. Take a breath. You control your truck, your decisions, and how you respond. No load is worth your life.
On the Road
When you feel that pressure climbing, pull off at the next safe spot if you can. Step out. Walk around the truck once. Get your head clear. A load delivered late by a calm driver is better than a load never delivered at all.
Prayer
Lord, quiet my mind. Take the pressure off my chest. Help me handle this load like a professional and finish this day in peace. Amen.
Slow down. Breathe. Pray. Get there safely.
