From One Trucker to Another
The clock on the ELD is your boss now. You watch those minutes disappear and you feel the pressure to push. Don't. The regulation is there for a reason, and the reason has your name and your family's name on it.
On the Road
Plan your parking an hour before your clock runs, not ten minutes before. If you're going to be short, tell dispatch early. Late is fixable. A logbook violation isn't.
Prayer
Lord, help me use these hours wisely. Give me a safe place to shut down and peace when I do. Amen.
